This exclusive event will take place in one of our finest Big White accommodations: White Caviar Chalet. This true work of art blends the traditional comforts of a classic mountain chalet, with the luxurious indulgence and modern touches worthy of its name. This impressive ski chalet boasts 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, as well as a private sauna and indoor hot tub with floor-to-ceiling and panoramic windows (perfect for enjoying the snow-capped scenery). White Caviar Chalet also has a gorgeous great room with 25′ vaulted ceilings, and also has a huge, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and elegant dining area perfect for your most upscale dinner parties. Located in the White Forest Estates area, White Caviar Chalet is tucked away in a more peaceful and private spot on the mountain but still has excellent ski in ski out access to and from the Chalet. Highlighting the best parts of Big White Ski Resort with its impressive views, it’s the perfect venue for our exquisite Winemaker’s Dinner (and your next luxury ski vacation).

You can expect an amazing 5-course dining adventure pairing unique culinary creations with hand-selected wines for each course.
