Big White Shuttles & Transportation
Complimentary Holiday Big White Shuttle Transportation Services
For the 2023/2024 ski season (PLEASE NOTE Big White have not confirmed details for the 2024/2025 ski season) at Big White Ski Resort, Big White and various Big White accommodations, including Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals, are offering complimentary on-the-mountain shuttle transportation to the community and our guests. These complimentary transportation services are available to help you get around the mountain and to help you spend more time skiing, and less time worrying about transportation. Starting on Saturday 16th December, the complimentary on-mountain shuttle will be running 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm until the end of the season.
The On-Mountain Shuttle will have the following stops:

We pick you up at the airport, hotel or your home in Kelowna and take you to Big White 1 way or return. We are happy to stop for groceries and liquor on the way for 45 minutes at no extra charge.
Kelowna Cabs at Big White Ski Resort
Big White Ski Resort’s newest shuttle service is now available through Kelowna Cabs. Kelowna Cabs shuttle services can take you to and from the airport to make your ski vacation more convenient.
Airport Transportation
Kelowna International Airport (YLW) is located in the heart of the Central Okanagan – just 15 km from Kelowna’s city centre. For ease, convenience and door-to-door service, use alternative transportation to the airport, such as YLW’s licensed shuttle services, taxis, limousines or rental cars.
Shopping Shuttle
Big White runs a weekly shopping shuttle on Tuesdays. This service departs from the Happy Valley car park at 8:30am, dropping guests off at SuperStore on Baron Road. The shuttle then picks guests up again from SuperStore at 3:30pm to bring them back to the mountain.

Airport Shuttle
Big White’s Airport Shuttle runs daily in the winter season (November 27th – April 5th) when booked 8 days in advance (if you book with less than 8 days advance, they cannot guarantee you’ll get the time slot you prefer). Pick up and drop off at the Kelowna International Airport only. The shuttle costs $47 each way.

We provide safe and reliable transportation from the airport to your local destination, whether you’re heli-skiing, backcountry touring or spending a few days at Big White. We are a private company and we pick up on YOUR own schedule! If you so desire, we make special stops for groceries and liquor on the way up the mountain.

Your full service, on-mountain local grocery, deli and liquor store. We can stock your condo for the night, the week or the month. Contact us to place any grocery orders or to discuss special dietary requirements, or come in and shop and we will DELIVER your groceries and alcohol to your condo at a time convenient to you. Or have us DELIVER Pizza, Thai food, Sandwiches, Fresh Salads, Soup, and Meat Pies.

We are a year-round Grocery and Delivery service that takes the chore of grocery shopping out of your vacation time. With our online grocery service, simply and easily order all of your grocery and beverage needs ahead of time and have them unpacked and waiting upon your arrival.
Shopping Shuttle
This service is available for all guests & staff at Big White Ski Resort. It departs from Happy Valley car park near the Day Lodge and drops off outside SuperStore on Baron Road (off Highway 97) approx. an hour after departing Big White.

Ski Resort Grocery Delivery and pre-orders: Save Time – Save Money
We now offer Big White grocery delivery services from our partners at IGA Rutland and Public Liquor. Our winter trademark has always been providing our guests with a 1 hour grocery and liquor shop in town, to ensure that you get a large selection of goods with city pricing. With times changing and the world going to online ordering, we followed suit. We also know that there are limitations to what can be purchased in the village, and it usually comes at a pretty hefty premium. Introducing the FREE Discover Okanagan Tours Pre Order service! All of our guests now have the opportunity to order all of their supplies online though our partners, and your guide will be ready for you at the Kelowna International Airport to take you straight to the resort. This will save you both time and money.
If you are staying at the resort for an extended period of time, or you are not travelling with us, we can deliver right to your accommodation through D.O.T. delivery. Orders must be placed by 3pm for next day delivery. (Some restrictions apply)
