About Luxury Mountain Vacation Rentals

Our company is a small on mountain boutique Rental Management Company which has been in operation at the resort since 2005. We are both from hospitality backgrounds having worked in the restaurant industry for over 40 years combined. Lana still dabbles in the industry up here on the mountain working with the owners of the Globe Tapas Bar on a casual basis. Sean spent his younger years in the restaurant business and moved onto Banking & Finance. After 20+ years of working in our careers in Vancouver we came to the decision to make a change. Lana grew up skiing at Big White, we visited often while living in the lower mainland but after spending a full season we fell in love with the lifestyle, the mountain, and the community. The company has built a loyal base of both owners and guests many of whom have been with us from the beginning.

We manage a portfolio of about 50 properties, and we are taking on new clients. We are not interested in becoming a 100+ unit rental management company. We wish to stay smaller and focus on exceptional service for our guests and owners.  As our company name implies “Luxury”, we are selective about taking on new properties. The properties must exemplify our brand image and exceed the expectation of the guests who book with us.
